Arrests Made, Feb 5, 2013 – Feb 10, 2013

Theft


On 2/10/13 Deputy Carey arrested Zarghoona Noor 19, of Alexandria for 3 counts of Obtaining money by false pretense at Macy's.

On 2/10/13 Deputy Papke arrested Irving Smith III on multiple warrants through Spotsylvania after he turned himself in at the Magistrates Office.

On 2/10/13 Deputy Lamont arrested Jeffrey Perry, 21 on multiple warrants through Spotsylvania in the area of Granite Springs Road.

On 2/9/13, Deputy Carey arrested Jacob Buchner, 28 of Spotsylvania for Felony Shoplifting at the Wal-Mart.

On 2/8/13, Deputy Plunkett arrested Matthew Knight, of Spotsylvania for petit larceny, fourth offense (felony), for shoplifting from the Gulf Express on Jeff Davis Highway. 

On 2/7/13, Deputy Unkefer released Donna Mills, 45 of Fredericksburg on a summons for Petit Shoplifting of $69.49 worth of merchandise from Macy's. 

On 2/6/13, Deputy Cairns released Robert Maher, 30 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Petit Shoplifting of $65.00 worth of merchandise from Belk and Possession of marijuana.  He also released Kevin O'Brien, 32 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Petit Shoplifting of $65.00 of merchandise from Belk.

On 2/6/13, Deputy Setlock arrested Terral Spencer, 25 of Spotsylvania on a warrant for Shoplifting at Goodwill.  Terral was charged with the Shoplifting and Resisting Arrest. 

On 02/06/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Jean-Claud Ambus, 43 of Maryland for grand larceny, trespassing, and a parking violation at Car Max. 

On 2/5/13, Deputy Trippett released Pamela Dickerson, 30 of Spotsylvania, on a summons for Shoplifting from the Wal-Mart.

 

Assault


On 02/09/2013, Deputy Vasquez arrested Anthony Cordero, 24 of Spotsylvania for domestic assault at Hard Times Cafe. 

On 2/9/13, Deputy Carey arrested Christopher Waller, 39 of Spotsylvania for Domestic A&B and Threats to Bomb or Burn, at 2243 MT. Olive Rd.

On 2/5/13, Deputy Vasquez arrested Hung Nguyen (Truong), 37 of Spotsylvania for rape, and domestic assault at Hot Spring Ln.

On 2/5/13 Deputy Harney arrested Zachary Lauren Schneider, 41 from Spotsylvania at Loriella Park for Felony Domestic Assault and Battery, Driving Revoked, and Malicious Wounding. 

On 2/5/13, Jose Montano, 33 was arrested and charged by Detectives, for one count of rape and sodomy. 

 

DUI


On 02/10/2013, Deputy Wilson arrested Alan Homan, 64 of Spotsylvania for driving under the influence during a traffic stop at Morris Rd and Partlow Rd.

On 2/8/13, Deputy Polliard arrested Hershel Miller, 52 of Ruther Glen for DUI after a traffic stop on Industrial Drive. 

 

Narcotics


On 02/10/2013, Deputy Wine released Earl Warren, 26 of Spotsylvania on a summons for possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at Food Lion Thornburg.

On 2/10/13 Deputy Carey released Samantha Innes, 21 of Spotsylvania, on a summons for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Courthouse Road and Brock Road.

On 02/09/2013, Deputy Wine arrested Taylor Lee, 20 of Spotsylvania and Samantha Strong, 19 of Spotsylvania for possession of a Schedule I or II narcotic and possession of Marijuana at Motel 6.  Amber Cook, 21 of Stafford and Brittany Decarli, 23 of Spotsylvania were also released on a summons for possession of Marijuana.

On 2/8/13, Sr. Deputy Payne arrested Ev "Jerry" Powers, Jr., 37 of Essex, for possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana at the intersection of Mills Drive and Lee Hill School Drive. 

On 2/5/13, Deputy Wright released Adria Bowman, 18 on a summons for possession of marijuana in the area of North Hill Court.

On 2/5/13, Deputy Wine released Trevor Carney, 19 of Spotsylvania on a summons for possession of Marijuana at the Econolodge.

On 2/5/13, Deputy Greene arrested Roland Pugh, 24 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute during a traffic stop at 5022 Plank Rd.

On 2/5/13, Senior Deputy Woodard arrested Beltus Dorr and Jonathan Blas for distribution of marijuana. A short vehicle pursuit ensued while Senior Deputy Woodard was checking a suspicious vehicle. Senior Deputy Woodard was able to take both suspects into custody and recovered approximately 10 ounces of marijuana.

On 2/5/13, Sgt. Assur released John Helm Jr., 21 of Ruther Glen on a summons for possession of marijuana and improper tint. The incident stemmed from a traffic stop initiated by Sgt. Assur at Salem Fields Blvd and Lynchburg Dr.

 

Arrests

On 2/9/13 Deputy Carey arrested Karrie Ramsey, 37 of Spotsylvania for Violating an EPO in the area of Sycamore Court.

On 2/9/13 Deputy Boyd arrested Jerrell Feaster, 21 of Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public in the area of Steeplechase Apartments.

On 2/9/13, Deputy Papke arrested Timothy Smallwood, 47 of Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public in the area of the Candlewood Suites.

On 02/08/13 Deputy Buccola arrested Daryl Ray Mullins, 28 from Spotsylvania in the 8000 block of Blossom Wood Ct for Drunk in Public.
On 2/5/13, Deputy Lamont arrested Nakia Johnson, 38 of Spotsylvania, on a Warrant Service at the Magistrates Office.

On 2/5/13, Deputy Lamont arrested Damonte Nelson, 23 of Spotsylvania, on a Warrant Service in the 11700 block of Rustic View Lane.

On 2/5/13, Sgt. Assur released Frederick Nicosia Robertson, 21 of Richmond on a summons for driving revoked and possession of fictitious inspection sticker. The incident stemmed from a traffic stop initiated by Sgt. Assur at Plank Rd and Kennedy Ln.
